Financial Assistance

The NACTT Foundation provides up to $5,000.00, to Chapter 13 Trustees, staff and families harmed by natural disasters, terrorist acts, fire or mass casualties. This is based upon financial need and the ability to obtain other disaster related financial assistance. Upon receipt of the application, a determination will generally be made by the NACTT Foundation Board of Directors within 7-14 days. Educational Assistance

The NACTT Foundation has created and made available an Emergency Disaster Recovery Plan to assist in preparing Chapter 13 Trustee offices for evacuations and recovery from natural disasters, terrorist acts, fire or mass casualties.
